AMK Kraków S.A. has concluded a technical and technological cooperation agreement with the The Institute of Power Engineering - National Research Institute.

On October 8, the Supervisory Board of AMK Kraków S.A. decided to appoint Jarosław Żemła as President of the Management Board.
