Jarosław Żemła began his professional career in 1999 and from the very beginning he was associated with broadly understood industrial construction. He has extensive experience in managing construction contracts in the energy sector, as well as in managing companies in the energy, chemical and petrochemical sectors.

In the past, he worked in managerial positions in the structures of the Mostostal Warszawa Group and also had the opportunity to cooperate with AMK Kraków S.A.
